GED is here! Apasionados Conf. and…lalala
There is a big conference going on and I have been very busy because I was helping in different areas. I haven’t been part of my Church on a regular basis in probably a couple of years, so this feels different.
Also, I had 3 americans stopping by in their way from Pucallpa to the US and they asked me to show them the city. They were HUGE. They made each station wagon look like a tico car…
They weren’t fat at all, they just were very tall and big. Like real football players. It was fun to go cross the Trujillo bridge. Famous crosspoint from average downtown danger to high danger level. One of the oldest (if not the oldest) areas in Lima. Most people wouldn’t let americans go there.
These guys also brought me my GED MANUAL!!!!! Yeeehaw!!!! Man… I just got it, and I hadn’t yet opened it and Diana, Daniela, Keily and Marcelo were already fighting over who was gonna teach me what subject…. hahaha…
This weekend I am also missing a camp I really wanted to go to. My friends from Frontline, Pepe and Erin (aka Ariana), are taking the kids from the Chilca Home to Kawai Camp.
I am sooooo regreting not being able to go… But maybe I’ll go on Sunday…maybe.
Now… I have to go. I’ll be helping at the merchandising stand and also will help two friends getting dressed for tonight’s concert. One of them is singing and I will get to help her choose what to wear and do her make up… whoohooa!!! (her clothes are usually pretty plain and dark colors. That’s why I’m so excited cuz I have bright colors in mind for tonigh)
If you want to know more details about anything, just let me know and I’ll be glad to post more about it in a comment
Yeehaw! I wonder where that came from? he he he!!!!!!!!!
So good to “hear” the excitement in your words, my dear.
Be blessed in Jesus’ name!
