Prayer Requests
- God’s Love. That I can ministry to others as I renew my mind and embrace more of the understanding of His love for me and all of us.
- The Vega family. They lost everything at a fire. I knew about them a day before heading off, so I only had Sunday morning to visit them and pray for them. We are working on getting them a lawyer and help.
Basically, the delivery guy made a HUGE mistake with a leaking gas tank he brought and a stove was on. A few seconds later, the entire place had burnt down, a 6 year old boy with down syndrome died under a bed and a week later the 22 year old son died in the hospital. Currently, they are living in a comunity center and only one of them has a job.
- My mom’s health. She has asthma and it sucks! Some medicine is being provided thanks to a donor now but last year her breathing was measured as 35% of what she should be breathing according to her age and size.
- My energy. It’s really hard for me to focus and do everything I have to do when I am home because I don’t have the rush we have during a trip and I have a problem with weakness in general due to a something in my system.
- Finances. That I can keep providing for my family and be able to manage His provision wisely.
- Studies and Timing. That I can manage my time wisely and make decisions about where to go and what to do. So far, I have just learnt everything I know on my own, by His grace. Should I still do it? That is not me asking for human advise, but asking God what is He putting in my heart to do, and when, and how.
- My computer. It is falling apart. Literally. It’s so slow and the fan sounds like it runs by clockwork, so every 10 minutes I turn on a big fan on it… So much fun!
But it makes my book translation slower.
